Already juggling three children, Kristin loved being a mother. She loved doting on her daughters and helping them with schoolwork and she loved watching her young son grow but she felt that her family wasn’t full enough yet. She needed one more child to love, to round out her brood so to speak. Jebidiah agreed, wanting to have another baby. They tried and successfully got pregnant — with twins! It was more than they bargained for, but Kristin didn’t mind one bit and neither did Jebidiah. Twins Courtney Michelle (Courtney was Kristin’s twin sister who died at birth and Michelle was Jebidiah’s mother) and Tyler Boggs (Tyler was Jebidiah’s mother’s maiden name and Boggs was Kristin’s maiden name) Wilson were born in the summer before Jenna and Nicole began junior high. Kristin loved that Jebidiah shared her views of family and roots, giving their children names that had been the names of the people who had shaped them the most. They didn’t have a plan for how many children they wanted to have but they knew they wanted a large and happy family.
Once Nicole and Jenna are kindergarten-aged, they begin school at Par Excellance Preparatory School in the Old Town district of Riverview. They have a kind teacher named Jebidiah Wilson who cares for them very much, as he does all of his students. After a successful parent-teacher conference to notify Kristin of Nicole’s exceptional aptitude in music at her young age, Jebidiah took a shot in the dark and asked Kristin on a date. Kristin accepted and the date went better than they expected. Jenna and Nicole were excited, Mr. Wilson was their favorite teacher and now he could possibly be their stepfather one day. The day came at the end of Nicole and Jenna’s kindergarten year when Kristin and Jebidiah were married in a very small ceremony that consisted of Kristin’s coworkers, Jebidiah’s parents, a few other teachers, and of course the girls. Jebidiah treated Kristin, Nicole and Jenna to a “familymoon” trip to France. They made memories there they would never forget. Upon arriving home, Kristin began feeling dizzier than usual. Kristin assumed it was jetlag and slept for a day and a half. Once she woke up, her head throbbed and her stomach churned. She looked down and a bit of blood smeared her underwear. Frantic, she sent Jebidiah a text she never thought she’d be sending this soon: J, Please buy a pregnancy test thx love u, K. The test came back positive but Jebidiah and Kristin worried about the way this child had made its presence already known this early in development. They hoped the baby wouldn’t cause Kristin any problems. After a doctor checkup and pregnancy confirmation, Kristin adhered to a strict diet and relaxed as much as possible to avoid any stress on the baby. Kristin’s mindfulness made her pregnancy smooth and she gave birth to a boy she and Jebidiah named Blake, after Jebidiah’s father Blake Fillmore Wilson.
Jacob’s death was hard on everyone, especially Kristin. She felt that her kicking him out led to his death, until she received an anonymous letter in the mail that wrote that Jacob felt that he had jumped in too soon and realized it was too much work that he couldn’t do. Kristin was alarmed by the sudden response to her grief by a total stranger, and wrote back inquiring who the sender was. The sender wrote that their name was Alaina Frost and she had just found out that on top of her fiance being dead, she was pregnant with his child. Kristin balked at the word ‘fiance’, wondering what the hell this person wanted out of her, trying to bully her like this in her time of grieving. She let curiosity get the best of her and she decided to meet up with this woman. She met the woman, a petite blonde she was horrified to recognize as Jacob’s assistant, introduced to her at the company dinner as Laine. She composed herself, trying not to react to the woman’s greeting with “How did this happen?”, “Did you just not give a fuck that we were obviously married?”, and the burning question “How sure are you that the baby is his?” The woman pulled out a small film strip, showing Kristin the fetus growing inside of her. She explained that she had taken a sample from a hairbrush and a sample from his tongue scraper to confirm his paternity. She apologized profusely, not seeming to address the fact that she knew that Jacob and Kristin were married until Kristin decided to get it out of her once and for all. Alaina smiled a small, wry smile, and produced her cell phone. She showed Kristin pages and pages of text between the two starting from the day after he began the job, months prior to the actual marriage. Kristin wanted to throw up, scream, run away, and stab this woman through the heart all at once. It wasn’t the woman’s fault, though, it seemed as if Jacob had started all the flirtation and Alaina had backed down until Jacob began throwing concrete dates at her; he’d dump Kristin on this day, move out on this day, sue Kristin for custody on this day… It was neverending the web of lies that Jacob had spun and Alaina admitted that Jacob had told her more than once that he felt he had jumped in too soon with Kristin and that Alaina was more his speed. The two were engaged two months prior to Jacob’s death with Jacob commenting on the recent separation announcement and the finality of his marriage to Kristin, allowing his marriage to Alaina to take place without committing any crimes. Kristin stood up, not wanting to hear any more. With fire in her eyes, she told Alaina to put whatever last name she wanted on the birth certificate; she would be changing the girls’ names soon. Alaina replied coolly with steely silence, giving Kristin an admonishing look as if she were being childish. The two parted ways and Alaina moved out of town. The last correspondence between the two women was an unmarked envelope left in Kristin’s mailbox with a photo of a wrinkled little boy and the name ‘Ethan Frost Knightley’ written on the back quickly in sharpie. The girls questioned the contents of the envelope many times but Kristin never divulged anything more than it was ‘a new baby in the family’.
After an accident that nearly left Jenna paralyzed due to Jacob’s negligence, Kristin decided the two should separate with the intent to divorce with the ultimatum that Jacob focus more on his family than his work. Jacob couldn’t seem to make it work, as a week after the ultimatum was given, Nicole pulled a pot of lukewarm soup off the stove resulting in minor burns. Kristin kicked Jacob out of the house, citing that he was a danger to their children. Jacob found an apartment in the business bureau of Riverview and continued making a comfortable living until the grief of losing his family caught up to him and Jacob committed suicide a week after Jenna and Nicole’s 4th birthday.
so i decided to start playing a new family, i started with a sim called Kristin Boggs and her boyfriend Jacob Knightley. Kristin has a career in the Culinary track while Jacob is in the Business career track. They both have the LTW of Surrounded by Family. So far they have two daughters named Jenna and Nicole, still babies. They live in Riverview in a pre-made home called Tish Cottage that I remodeled to allow the family more room to grow.
Stefan and Cassidy are married quickly and went to France on their Honeymoon and spent too many hours in the hot tub. After arriving home, Cassidy began to feel sick.
